The text, puzzles, images and files on this site belong to Kettle Lane. You're welcome to link to any page and to share our pages on social media.

Free printables

Print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family, or your class or group, including at libraries, senior centers and care homes. Please don't sell them, or upload or repost the files elsewhere; link to the page on our site instead.

Books on Amazon

Our books are sold by Amazon, so Amazon's terms, prices and return policies apply to them.

Digital products bought from us

These terms apply when you buy a download (for example a printable puzzle pack) on this site.

Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Delivery. Your download links appear straight after payment, on your order page. The order page can create fresh links for 30 days; keep your files safe after that.
What you may do with the files. Print them as often as you like for personal and household use, and for a class or group you run. Don't sell, share or repost the files.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers). Because a download is delivered straight away, at checkout you ask us to deliver it immediately and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available.
If something is wrong. If a file doesn't download, is faulty or isn't what the product page described, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

We take care that our puzzles and files are correct, but we provide the site and free files as they are. As far as the law allows, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. The terms in force when you buy apply to that purchase.
