Do I need to solve the cases in order?

It is best to: each case is one day of the story, and the Snowflake File builds up from case to case until Christmas Eve.

How hard is it?

Gentle. The clue words are printed in bold in the case file, so you always know what to look for. The fun is in the story and the verdicts.

Can two people play?

Yes. Print two copies and race, or solve one copy together and argue about the suspects.

How do I get my files?

Right after payment you land on your order page with a download button for each file. Stripe also emails your receipt.

Do I need an account?

No. Pay as a guest with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your order page works for 30 days; bookmark it to download again.

I lost my files. What now?

Open your order page again (the link in your browser history), or email hello@kettlelane.com with your receipt and we will send fresh links.
